One of our teachers, Maria shared this simple recipe with us today. Enjoy making your very own bruschetta:)
Ingredients:
- 1 onion
 - 1 red pepper
 - 1 green pepper
 - Tomatoes
 - Garlic powder
 - Olive oil
 - Maltese bread
 - Tomato paste
 
Instructions:
- Chop the red pepper, green pepper, tomatoes and onion into small pieces. Put the small pieces into a bowl.
 - Add 3 table spoons of olive oil and half a teaspoon of garlic powder to the mixture.
 - Leave the mixture to set for about an hour so that all the juices mix together.
 - Then toast the bread, spread the tomato paste on the bread and spread the mixture evenly on top.
 - Serve fresh!
