1. Data collection

We record data in the event of a query via one of our online forms or by e-mail or during the negotiation, conclusion, processing of a contract, and also during the reversal of a contract. This data is collected, stored and processed by us.

Your visit to our websites is recorded in a log. We essentially record the IP address used by your PC, the date and time, the browser type and the operating system of your PC and the webpages viewed by you. Personal identification is generally impossible for us and also not intended.

2. Use of data and supply to third parties

Personal data you provide us with, for example when booking a course or by e-mail (e.g. your name and address or e-mail address), are processed only for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you supplied us with the data. We only pass on your data to that credit institute commissioned with the payment for the processing of payments.

We also use and process your personal data for our own advertising purposes for similar goods or services which you had already ordered or booked from us. 3. Consent and revocation

If you have placed personal data at our disposal you can delete it again at any time. Data for invoicing and accounting purposes is not affected by a cancellation/a revocation or a deletion.

4. Storage period

Personal data sent to us through our website is only stored as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was provided to us. Insofar as retention periods relating to commercial or tax law must be observed, the storage period for particular data may be as long as 10 years.

5. Customer account

If you open a customer account, you are giving your consent to allow your booking information such as your name, address, e-mail address, and bank details to be stored along with your user information (user name, password). This makes it possible for you to make a booking with us using your e-mail address or your customer number and your personal password. You may cancel at any time.

6. Use of Cookies
