## Standard booking steps

1.  1 · Choose your course and preferred dates.
2.  2 · Complete the enrolment form.
3.  3 · Receive your invoice and enrolment confirmation.
4.  4 · Pay the 20% deposit within seven days.
5.  5 · Pay the standard remaining balance at least 14 days before arrival.
6.  6 · Complete the online placement test before the course.

## If you need a visa

Tell the team at the enquiry stage. Payment and documentation requirements may vary according to the package, nationality and residence status. The team confirms the applicable steps after reviewing your booking.

## Payments

The standard process is a 20% deposit within seven days and the balance 14 days before arrival. Visa Essentials and other approved visa bookings may use a different payment schedule, which is confirmed in writing.

**Does IH Malta guarantee that my Malta visa will be approved?**

No. Visa decisions are made by the relevant authorities, not by the school.

**How early should I plan my English course if I need a visa?**

Start planning around 12 to 16 weeks before your course begins, and earlier if visa appointment availability is limited.

**When will I receive my IH Malta enrolment documents?**

After reviewing your booking, our team will confirm the required payment steps and when each school document can be issued.
