You will receive an arrival transfer voucher which is to be presented to the representative at the airport. On arrival you will be greeted by a representative who will give you the school’s Welcome Pack, provide you with useful information and will direct you to your transport. Please look out for our school sign which will be prominently displayed in the arrivals hall.
Your transport will leave the airport within 45 minutes of the landing of the aircraft; for example, if your plane lands at 17:00, the transport will leave from the airport by the latest 17:45. We do understand that after a flight, you would like to get to your accommodation as soon as possible and for this reason, transport will depart on time. If, for any unforeseen circumstance, you miss your transfer, we will provide you with transport to your accommodation on the next available transfer.
Your transfer will be shared with other students and once all clients have arrived or 45 minutes after the aircraft has landed, you will be driven to your accommodation. To make the trip in the shortest time possible the driver will follow the most convenient route and you will be dropped off at the door of your accommodation. This does not apply to clients who have booked an individual transfer.
